► Insert the cotter pin (4) into the hole of the
retaining pin.
The cotter pin snaps into place.
► Push the retaining pin (5) on the other side all
the way through the hole in the mowing deck
mounting (6) of the mowing deck and the hole
of the ride-on mower (7).
► Insert the cotter pin (8) into the hole of the
retaining pin.
The cotter pin snaps into place.
Installing the V-belt
► Select cutting height 3,
► Use a suitable pipe section (2) to press the V-
belt tensioner lever (1) forward; hold it there.
► Attach the V-belt (3) to the V-belt pulley (4).
Do not twist the V-belt when attaching it.
► Carefully release the V-belt tensioner lever (1).
► Attach the discharge chute,
► Attach the grass catcher box,

► Select the lowest cutting height,

6 Assembling the ride-on mower
► Insert the rear V-belt cover (1) with the retain‐
ing device on the retaining lug (2) of the gear‐
box (3).
► Press the V-belt cover (1) upward and hold it.
► Turn the screw plug (4) 90° clockwise.
The V-belt cover is firmly connected to the
ride-on mower.
6.4.3 Detaching the mowing deck
► Place the ride-on mower on a level surface.
► Shut off the engine,
► Engage the parking brake,
► Remove the ignition key and store it securely.
► Detach the grass catcher box,
► Remove the discharge chute,
