9. Maintenance
This section contains information and procedures for solving possible problems
with the inverters and provides you with troubleshooting tips to identify and
solve most problems that can occur.
9.1 Alarm List
Fault Code
Grid Lost
Grid is lost.
Fault
• System will reconnect if the utility is back to normal.
Grid Volt
Grid voltage out of range.
Fault
• System will reconnect if the utility is back to normal.
Grid Freq
Grid frequency out of range.
Fault
• System will reconnect if the utility is back to normal.
Three-phase system access single-phase AC.
PLL_ Over-
• System will reconnect if the utility is back to normal.
Time
Help from us, if not go back to normal state.
The grid voltage is out of range for the last 10 Minutes.
10min Volt
• System will reconnect if the utility is back to normal.
Fault
• Or seek help from us, if not go back to normal state.
Output current high detected by software.
SW Inv Cur
To upgrade to the latest software, at least ensure that the master is
Fault
upgraded to 1.69 or above.
• Disconnect PV, grid and battery, then reconnect.
DC component is out of limit in output current.
DCI Fault
• Disconnect PV, grid and battery, then reconnect.
HW Inv Cur
Output current high detected by hardware.
Fault
• Disconnect PV, grid and battery, then reconnect.
Bus voltage out of range detected by software.
Please check whether the N line is connected to the GRID port of the
SW Bus Vol
inverter.
Fault
To upgrade to the latest software, at least ensure that the master is
upgraded to 1.69 or above.

Bat Volt
Battery voltage fault.
Fault
• Check if the battery input voltage is within the normal range.
SW Bat Cur
Battery current high detected by software.
Fault
• Disconnect PV, grid and battery, then reconnect
The isolation is failed.
Iso Fault
• Please check if the insulation of electric wires is damaged.
• Wait for a while to check if back to normal.
The residual current is high.
Res Cur
• Please check if the insulation of electric wires is damaged.
Fault
• Wait for a while to check if back to normal.
