Step 2: Grid Wiring
• Prüfen Sie die Netzspannung und vergleichen Sie sie mit dem zulässigen
Spannungsbereich (siehe technische Daten).
• Den Leistungsschalter von allen Phasen abschalten und gegen
Wiedereinschalten sichern.
• Trimmen Sie die Drähte:
- Schneiden Sie alle Drähte auf 52,5 mm und den PE-Draht auf 55 mm.
- Verwenden Sie die Crimpzange, um 12 mm der Isolierung von allen
Drahtenden abzuschneiden, wie unten dargestellt.
GRID Verkabelung
NOTE
The wiring of the power grid must be connected to the N line, otherwise
the machine will report an error and cannot work normally. The SW
BUS Volt fault will appear. The method to detect whether the N line is
connected is to measure whether the voltage of each phase is within
the normal working voltage range separately. Then disconnect one of
the live wires and check whether the voltage of the other two phases
is within the range. If it is within the range, it means that the N wire is
connected. If, after disconnecting the live wire, the voltage of the other
two phases changes, it means that the N wire is not connected.
6.5 Earth Connection
Trim 6mm of insulation from the wire end.
• Insert striped cable into earth terminal and ensure
all conductor strands are captured in the earth terminal.
• Crimp earth terminal by using a crimping plier.
Put the earth terminal with striped cable into the corresponding
crimping pliers and crimp the contact.
