The data is recorded as comma-separated values in a .csv file.
INFO: For possible error evaluation, two csv data sets are kept in the RAM.

11.6.2 Status monitoring
Monitoring of ongoing control deviation
If the set point remains within the permissible pressure range, the control devia-
tion is monitored.
If, for a time period of DevCheckTime (0/1/2402), the control deviation exceeds
the permissible threshold DevCheckThr (0/1/2403), a warning is output (group
error bit E6 in status word).
The function is inactive if the following is set: DevCheckThr = 0.
Monitoring of oscillations
Ongoing valve operation is monitored for significant oscillation effects. If longer
lasting oscillations > OscillationThr (0/1/2406) are detected, a warning is output
(group error bit E6 in the status word).
Monitoring of pressure rise and pressure drop time
When the set point changes (> SetpointChgResetThr [0/1/2401]), the pressure
rise or pressure drop time is monitored.
If the pressure rise time is above PressureRiseThr (0/1/2404) or the pressure drop
time below PressureDropThr (0/1/2405), a warning is output (group error bit E6
in status word).
The function is inactive if the following is set: PressureRiseThr = PressureDropThr =
0.
Monitoring of switching cycles
The integrated switching cycle counter totals the number of relevant valve
switching operations. If the value set in OperatingCountMax (0/1/2407) is ex-
ceeded, a warning is output (group error bit E6 in status word).
The function is inactive if the following is set: OperatingCountMax = 0.
12 Disposal
Improper disposal will lead to pollution of the environment. Furthermore, the
materials can no longer be recycled.
Dispose of the product, the packaging and any escaping operating materials
u
in accordance with the applicable national regulations.
13 Troubleshooting
13.1 Procedure
Step 1: Check the system
In case of malfunctions, first check the system or the system part where the
u
product is installed. Check the following items:
• All connections. See g 9. Service.
• Settings. See
g 14. Technical
Step 2: Check the product
1. Make sure the system or system part is not under pressure or voltage.
2. Check the product based on the fault patterns described below.
3. Perform troubleshooting using the information under "Remedy".
If the malfunction cannot be eliminated as described under "Remedy": Disas-
semble the product and return it. See
4. After the malfunction has been eliminated; Put the system or product back
into operation.
