ule and checks the measurement data used.

Diagnosis of the output and supply pressure sensor
The diagnostic module monitors the pressure sensor function.
If the sensor provides invalid data for a time period of t ≥ 200 ms, the following
error states are set:
• S1E in the status word: Pressure sensor p1 supply error
• S2E in the status word: Output pressure sensor p2 error
Coil current diagnosis
To avoid excessive heating, the actual current is monitored by the coil current
control.
The current is reduced and CLA set as the status word if the following applies:
• For a time period of t > 30 s, the actual coil current is higher than the value
wMaxCurrentCont[mA].

11.6.1 Data recording
The product has an integrated scope function with a buffer of 500 values and a

resolution of 1 ms for 6 recording channels. A maximum of 500 ms can be
recorded.
The recording is triggered by a trigger bit from the control word. The recording
finishes when the trigger bit is set to zero or 500 values have been written.
The measurement data is stored temporarily in the product's RAM.
