Required components
Use the KIT Art. no. 87.01.856S.
The following tools are required to carry out the assembly:
Socket wrench or ratchet, key width #14 for temperature sensor eSTB

Special RATIONAL-tools (you find the correct ones attached in the pack-

aging):
– 91.01.321 RATIONAL-tool 1: limit gauge for checking the distance
– 91.01.346 RATIONAL-tool 2: limit gauge for checking the distance
– 91.01.311 RATIONAL-tool 3: arbor for arresting the temperature
The reason for the adjustment is:
Due to tolerances in the production and the need of an exact position of the
temperature sensor hot air eSTB it is necessary to have the correct distance
between the sensor and the heating assembly/heat exchanger with a specific
value for every unit (suitable limit gauge attached in the packaging).
