Troubleshooting in case of configuration failure
Possible cause
The router password is
incorrect.
The network signal of the
router is weak
and the Wi-Fi stick is too far
away from the router.
During the AP connection
of the Wi-Fi stick,
the operation is too fast.
Note:
In the following cases, the network of the Wi-Fi stick
must be reconfigured:
• Router change
• Change of the Wi-Fi password
• Change of the router SSID
• Restricted Wi-Fi connectivity from company routers
Possible solutions
Select "Retry"
and check the password.
Reduce the distance between
the router and the stick.
Wait a few seconds and
only start the configuration
when the Wi-Fi stick is con-
nected.
