Notes before Use
3.2 Commissioning
Before starting the inverter, make sure that...
• the inverter is stably fixed to the wall.
• all DC and AC wiring is completed.
• that the meter/DC is correctly connected.
• the battery is correctly connected.
• the external BACKUP contactor is correctly connected.
(See the relevant sections under
"Mounting the Device" and "Connecting the Device" for this)
• If needed, switch on the AC switch and the EPS switch.
• Switch on the PV/DC switch and the battery switch.
Start the inverter and check the following:
• Check the display status of the status indicator lights
and the LCD display (The main interface should appear).
Note:
If the status indicator marked "Grid" does not light up,
check whether the following requirements are met:
• All connections are correct.
• All external breakers are switched on.
• The DC switch (marking: "PV SWITCH") on the inverter
is in the "ON" position.
• When you operate the device for the first time,
follow the instructions on the display.
For specific settings, see "User setting" under "Operation and
Setting".
• To use the Wi-Fi function, set it as described in "Remote monitor-
ing of the device via smartphone app".
• The self-test is only required for inverters commissioned in Italy
(requirement of the Italian standard).
