Important Savety Instructions
• The device contains capacitors that remain charged
to a potentially lethal voltage for up to 5 minutes
after disconnection from the mains, battery and PV
supply!
Never work on the inverter couplings, the mains
cables, the battery cables, the PV cables or the PV
generator when the power supply is switched on.
Always wait a few minutes after switching off the PV,
battery and mains to allow the DC link capacitors to
discharge before disconnecting the DC plug, battery
plug and mains terminals.
• Do not open the inverter when it is in operation.
Do not touch live components under any circum-
stances.
• When accessing the internal circuit of the inverter by
a certified electrician, it is very important to wait 5
minutes before starting up the circuit or dismantling
the electrolytic capacitors inside the device.
Do not open the unit beforehand!
Measure the voltage between the UDC+ and UDC-
terminals with a multimeter (impedance at least
1 Mohm) to ensure that the device is discharged
(35VDC).
