Rimuovere il nastro adesivo applicato all'estremità del tubo
portante, eliminando le eventuali tracce di adesivo rimaste.
•
Inserire a mano la boccola di guida superiore (12).

OTA
Qualora l'inserimento della boccola di guida risulti diffi cile
da eseguire manualmente è possibile aiutarsi inserendo un
cacciavite a taglio nella fessura della boccola.
•
Introdurre delicatamente il tubo portante nel portastelo,
prestando la massima attenzione a non danneggiare la
boccola guida superiore.
•
Accompagnare la boccola guida inferiore fi no al contatto
con il portastelo, lo scodellino e l'anello di tenuta.
•
Montare sul tubo portante (44) l'apposito introduttore e
con questo spingendo sull'anello di tenuta (14) introdurre
in sede la boccola guida inferiore, lo scodellino e l'anello
di tenuta.

Remove the adhesive tape from the end of the stanchion
tube, cleaning any traces of adhesive left on the fork.

Insert the top guide bushing (12) by hand.

OTE
If this operation is diffi cult by hand, use a fl at-tip screwdriver
in the bushing groove.
•
Delicately introduce the stanchion tube into the slider,
being very careful not to damage the top guide bushing.
•
Guide the bottom guide bushing until it comes into contact
with the slider, the spring cup and the sealing ring.
•
Mount the special introducer on the stanchion tube (44)
and use this, by pushing on the sealing ring (14), to insert
the bottom guide bushing, the spring cup and the sealing
ring.
