Bloccare con chiave fi ssa da 17 mm il gruppo registro di
estensione (24) e con altra chiave fi ssa da 17 mm svitare il
controdado (27).
•
Sfi lare dall'asta dell'ammortizzatore il gruppo registro di
estensione (24) ed il controdado (27).
•
Applicare un giro di nastro adesivo ben teso sulla parte
terminale dell'asta (25) in maniera tale da coprire la parte
fi lettata, evitando di fare spessore.
•
Spingere l'asta (25) verso la cartuccia, fi no a sfi larla.

Il pompante e la valvola della compressione sono
completamente revisionabili. Nel paragrafo 4.7.2/4.7.3 è
illustrata la procedura per la revisione e la modifi ca della
taratura del pompante e della valvola della compressione.

Verifi care l'usura del segmento del pistone.

Fix the rebound adjuster set (24) with a 17 mm open-ended
wrench and unscrew the locknut (27) with another 17 mm
open-ended wrench.
•
Remove the rebound adjustment set (24) and the locknut
(27) from the pumping element rod.
•
Apply some stretched adhesive tape onto the end of the rod
(25) in order to cover the rod threading. Do not apply thick
adhesive tape.
•
Push the rod (25) towards the cartridge, up to removal.

The pumping element and the compression valve can be
completely overhauled and re-used. Section 4.7.2/4.7.3
explains the overhauling and setting procedure for the
pumping unit and the compression valve.

Check the piston segment for wear.
