10. Testing the remote control

Before you start using the transmitter, you should familiarise yourself with the controls.
a) Transmitter controls
1 LED indicator
2 Elevator trim buttons
3 Aileron and elevator joystick
4 Aileron trim buttons
5 Transmitter belt loop
6 Reverse switches
When the motor speed and rudder joystick is pushed up or down, it remains in the respective position. All
other joysticks are automatically held in the middle position by spring force.
The described arrangement of the control functions corresponds to remote control mode II. If necessary,
you can switch the transmitter to mode I. The exact procedure is detailed in section 12.
