e) Setting the reverse switches
Should the rudders or the motor not respond as shown in
Figs. 19-22, you can change the running direction of each
individual channel.
This can be done by using four factory-set reverse switch-
es on the remote control (see also Figure 13, no. 6).
The switches are assigned the following functions:
1 = aileron
2 = elevator
3 = motor function
4 = rudder
These switches enable you to set the correct running di-
rection of the servos or the control function of the drive
motor if necessary.
f) Setting the MXMD mixer switch
The remote control enables to mix the aileron control and
the elevator control on the transmitter side. For example,
this function is required for Delta model aircrafts with trian-
gular wings, because they have no tailplane.
As this function is not required for this model aircraft, the
mixer must be disabled. The mixer switch (see also Figure
13, no. 8) is disabled when it is in the upper position.
Setting the switch to the lower position ("MXMD") activates
the mixer. Therefore, make sure that the mixer switch is in
the correct position before each use.
