CAUTION
Risk of injury due to uncontrolled movements. The fuse
must always be removed for any maintenance work where
the battery cover is open.
NOTICE
Unauthorized battery replacement. The battery may only
be replaced by a specialist dealer. The characteristic
curve of the battery charger set at the factory corresponds
to the battery provided and must not be changed. Setting
the characteristic curve incorrectly can result in perma-
nent damage to the battery.
NOTICE
Risk of damage to electronics due to water penetration.
Never use a water jet or high-pressure cleaning apparatus
to clean the power wheelchair. Water must not come into
direct contact with the electronics, motor, or battery.

NOTICE
Risk of damage due to oil leaks. If the power wheelchair is
equipped with gas compression springs, watch for oil leaks
on the piston rods. Leaks reduce the functional capabilities
of the gas compression springs and may result in their fail-
ure. Defective gas compression springs (e. g. scratches or
damage to the piston rod caused by impact; deformation of
the cylinder tube) must be replaced immediately.
INFORMATION
The power wheelchair must be inspected for functional
reliability and driving safety at least once a year by an au-
thorised specialist.
INFORMATION
When closing the battery drawer, the release bolt must
engage in the recess provided for this purpose. The re-
lease bolt must be easy to see and feel on the underside
of the drive unit sustainer.
INFORMATION
Piston rods do not require lubrication. They are mainte-
nance-free.
