General Information

The present Instructions for Use describe the manipulation of the B600 Power
Wheelchair. They provide the user and the attendants with the necessary knowledge
regarding function, maintenance and disposal of the wheelchair. They contain all
information which is needed for a safe manipulation as well as possible causes and
help for elimination in case of malfunctions.
These Instructions for Use have been prepared on the basis of the
DIN EN 62079 standard "Preparation of Instruction Manuals - Construction, Contents
The B600 power wheelchair has been constructed in accordance with the currently
valid technical rules and is safe in operation. For the safety, harmonized standards,
regulations for prevention of accidents and directives apply.
The B600 power wheelchair is a quality product offering versatile use in everyday life
for the mobility of disabled people.
The following special features are the characteristics of the B600:
- Individual adaptations are possible through options and custom fabrication with
modular components (chassis, seating system, control unit, accessories).
- Easy servicing due to good and clear accessibility of all component groups.
Before using the B600 power wheelchair, the user or attendant must read the
Instructions for Use thoroughly, especially the section "Safety Instructions".
The design, as described in these Instructions for Use, is subject to technical
alterations without notice.

the B600 Power Wheelchair conforms to the requirements of the 93/42/EEC
Guidelines.
