Abstellen der Pumpenanlage

- Pumpendruck reduzieren:
◊ Druckvorwahlpotentiometer (R1) auf "0" zurückdrehen und Schal-

- Nebenabtrieb ausschalten bzw. Pumpenmotor abstellen.

- Tanksaugventil schließen.
- +
- Druck- und Saugschläuche abkuppeln.
- Gesamte Pumpenanlage entleeren:
◊ Alle Entleerungsventile öffnen - (Z7).

◊ Alle Druckausgänge öffnen.
◊ Fremdsaugeingang (Wasser, Schaummittel) öffnen.
- Warten bis die gesamte Pumpenanlage entleert ist.
- Alle Entleerungsventile, Druckausgänge usw. wieder schließen.
- Trockenvacuumprobe durchführen.
◊ Siehe Kapitel Wartung "Trockenvacuumprobe".
- Pumpenanlage für den nächsten Einsatz vorbereiten.

Disengage the Pumping Installation

- Reduce pump pressure:
◊ Turn potentiometer (R1) to "0" position and operate switch

- Close foam compound tank suction valve:
◊ Turn switch (S6) to "0" position. *

- After foam operation the pump must be flushed:

◊ Please refer to chap. maintenance "Flushing after Foam Operation".

- Disengage the P.T.O. or switch off pump engine.
- Close water tank suction valve.
- +
- Remove pressure and suction hoses.
- Drain the entire pump system:
◊ Open all drain valves - (Z7).

◊ Open all pressure outlets.
◊ Open drafting valves (water, foam compound).
- Wait until the pump installation is drained.
- Close all drain valves, pressure outlets, etc. again.
- Carry out the dry vacuum test:
◊ Please refer to chapter maintenance "Dry Vacuum Test".
- Prepare the pumping installation for the next use.
