Servicearbeiten - Wasser- und Schaummitteltank **
Der Wassertank ist mindestens einmal jährlich zu entleeren und
vor Schmutz und Verunreinigungen zu säubern. Der Schaum-
mitteltank sollte alle zwei Jahre entleert und alte Schaummittel-
reste ausgespült werden.
Opferanoden
Um den Wassertank vor Korrosion zu schützen werden "OPFER-
ANODEN" (Art. Nr.: 055 352-001) eingebaut; pro 3000 Liter
Tankinhalt ist eine Opferanode vorgesehen, die so angebracht ist,
daß sie vom Domeinstieg einsichtig ist.
Die Opferanode ist jährlich zu überprüfen, und wenn nötig zu
ersetzen.

Service procedures - Water and foam compound tank **
The water tank must be emptied and carefully cleaned at least once
a year. Ferruginous foreign particles have to be removed com-
pletely.
The foam compound tank has to be completely drained and
carefully cleaned at least every two years.
Sacrificial anodes
To protect the water tank against galvanic corrosion, one sacrifi-
cial anode is installed near the manhole for every 3000 litres of
water tank content. During the corrosion process, the anodes will
decompose. The service life of the anodes depends on water
quality.
Visually check sacrificial anodes once a year; replace when the
anodes are decomposed to approx. 1/3.
The sacrificial anode(s) is (are) mounted in the water tank; near
the manhole.
