Automatisches Schaumvormischsystem RVMA 500 *
Es besteht im wesentlichen aus Steuervorrichtung, Injektor und
Treibwasserventil.
Vorteil dieser Anlage:
Keine manuelle Einstellung der Schaummittelzufuhr, da das
Steuerklappe
Schaummittel automatisch in der richtigen Dosierung dem Wasser
Treibwas-
beigemischt wird. Dies bringt eine wesentliche Bedienungsverein-
serventil
fachung.
Injektor
Funktionsweise:
Druckwasser kommt von der Kreiselpumpe zum Injektor und
weiter zur Steuerklappe die federbelastet ist. Je nach Durchfluß-
menge öffnet diese Klappe mehr oder weniger weit. Durch ein
Gestänge und eine Kulisse wird die Stellung dieser Steuerklappe
auf die Schaumdosierklappe übertragen. Es wird daher die Schaum-
dosierklappe je nach Pumpenleistung geöffnet oder geschlossen.
Das Schaummittel fließt vom Schaummitteltank, Schaumhaupthahn
zum Rückschlagventil, zur Schaumdosierklappe und schließlich
zum Injektor, wo es unter Ausnützung des Injektorprinzips in die
Pumpe gesaugt wird.

Working Principle:
Water pressure comes from the centrifugal pump into the injector

and then to the spring-loaded control valve. The amount that the
control valve opens is dependent on the rate of water discharge. A
linkage and a column between the control valve and foam dosing
valve transmitts the movement of the control valve to the foam
dosing valve. The amount that the foam dosing valve opens
corresponds to the water output. The foam compound flows from
the foam tank, through the foam tank valve, non-return valve to the
foam dosing valve and finally to the injector. In the injector, water
and foam are mixed by means of the injector principle. This mixture
is then carried to the suction side of the centrifugal pump.
