Abstellen

- Motor auf Leerlaufdrehzahl regeln (Gashebel (Z4) oder
Minustaste (S9)).
- Pumpe auskuppeln und Motor 1 bis 2 Minuten zur Kühlung
laufen lassen.
- Motor abstellen:
+ Schalter (S59) drücken.
- Bei Hydrantenbetrieb Hydrantenventil schließen.
- Zubringerschläuche oder Saugschläuche abkuppeln.
- Druckschläuche abkuppeln.
Bei Steigleitungen zum Druckabbau wie folgt vorgehen:
+ Druckventil(e) (J10) ganz öffnen.
+ Druckentlastungsventil(e) (80) herausziehen.
+ Druckventil(e) (J10) bis zum Anschlag öffnen.
+ Druck baut sich über die Pumpe und Sauganschluss ab.
- Pumpe entleeren:
+ Entleerungshahn (J7) öffnen.
- Entlüftungspumpe trockensaugen:
+ Motor starten und Entlüftungspumpe einige Sekunden
laufen lassen.
- Pumpe für den nächsten Einsatz vorbereiten.

Disengage the Portable Pump

- Reduce engine speed to idle (throttle control (Z4) or -
button (S9)).
- Disengage the pump and let engine cool down for approx.
1 to 2 minutes.
- Switch off engine:
+ Press button (S597).
- If operating with hydrant, close hydrant valve.
- Uncouple supply- respectively suction hoses.
- Uncouple pressure hoses.
Release pressure from rising fire mains as following:
+ Open screw down valve(s) (J10) fully.
+ Pull pressure relief valve(s) (80).
+ Open screw down valve(s) (J10) to full stop.
+ The water inside the hoses is discharged via drafting
connection.
- Drain pump casing:
+ Open drain valve (J7).
- Succ dry the priming pump:
+ Start the engine and engage the priming pump for a few
seconds.
- Prepare the pump for the next use.
