Sample tray
General
3.1.1
There are two types of sample trays for the TW 7200:
In the first version (Fig. 2), all samples are located only in an outer circle on the sample tray. At the measuring
position there is a cup sensor, which detects in the outer circle whether a sample cup is set. The sample changer
can be programmed so that the titration head only lowers when a sample vessel is at the titration position.
In the second version (Fig. 3), the sample tray has two circles into each of which samples can be placed.
By means of a horizontally movable axis, it is possible to operate the inner circle of the double-row sample tray.
The device automatically detects which type of sample tray is used.
If a sample tray with 2 circles is used, it is not monitored whether a sample vessel is located at the measuring
position. In this case, the operator must ensure that a sample vessel is always positioned at the measuring
position.
