Zugriffs- und Sicherheitskonzept
Der TELE PACK + bietet 2 Varianten um das Gerät
und sensible Bereiche des Menüs gegenüber
Zugriff von Unbefugten zu schützen. Eine der bei
den Varianten muss bei Konfiguration des Systems
ausgewählt werden, um mit sensiblen Informationen
wie Patientendaten arbeiten zu können.

HINWEIS: Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Ver-
lust des Passwortes aus Sicherheitsgründen
eine Zurücksetzung auf Werkseinstellungen
notwendig ist. Damit werden neben sämtli-
chen Einstellungen auch die Patientendaten
von dem Gerät gelöscht werden und das
Gerät auf die standardmäßigen Patienten-
datenschutz-Einstellungen zurückgesetzt.
7. 4. 1 Verschlüsselung sensibler Menüs
via Passwort
Durch Auswahl dieser Option werden bestimmte
Menüs durch ein Passwort geschützt. Das
Standardpasswort ist [90290245] und muss
zwangsläufig geändert werden.
7. 4. 2 Rollenbasiertes Zugriffssystem via
individueller Benutzerkonten
Durch Auswahl dieser Option sind sensible Bereiche
des Menüs sowie Funktionen des Geräts nur für
bestimmte Benutzer auswählbar. Die Berechtigung
zum Aufrufen dieser Menüs und Funktionen ist an
die jeweiligen Rollen der Benutzerkonten geknüpft.
Konfiguration des rollenbasierten
Zugriffssystems
Wenn Sie das rollenbasierte Zugriffssystem konfi
gurieren, müssen Sie zuerst ein Administratorkonto
anlegen. Außerdem müssen Sie im ersten Schritt
Passwortregeln festlegen welche für alle weiteren
Passwörter gelten. Danach können Sie mit Hilfe des
Standardpassworts ein neues Passwort erstellen
und anschließend die weiteren Einstellungen treffen.

vollen Zugriff auf alle Funktionen und
Einstellungen des Geräts.

Access and security concept
The TELE PACK + offers two options for protecting
the device and sensitive menu areas from access
from unauthorized parties. One of the two options
must be selected when configuring the system in
order to work with sensitive information such as
patient data.

NOTE: Please note that for security reasons,
the device must be reset to the factory
settings if the password is lost. As such,
in addition to all settings, the patient data
is also deleted from the device and the
device is reset to the default patient privacy
settings.

password
By selecting this option, certain menus are
protected by a password. The standard password
is [90290245] and must be changed.
7. 4. 2 Role-based access system via
individual user accounts
Upon selecting this option, sensitive areas of the
menu as well as device functions can only be
selected by certain users. Authorization to call up
these menus and functions is linked to the specific
roles of the user accounts.
Configuration of the role-based access
system
When you configure the rolebased access
system, you must firstly create an administrator
account. Moreover, in the first step you must
specify password rules which apply to all further
passwords. Then, with the help of the standard
password, you can create a new password and
subsequently make the further settings.

Concepto de acceso y seguridad
El TELE PACK + ofrece dos variantes para proteger
el aparato y las áreas sensibles de los menús
contra accesos no autorizados. Debe seleccionarse
una de las dos variantes durante la configuración
del sistema para poder trabajar con información
delicada como los datos de pacientes.

NOTA: Tenga en cuenta que, por razones
de seguridad, si se pierde la contraseña
es necesario restablecer a la configuración
de fábrica. Con ello se elimina del aparato
toda la configuración junto con los datos
de pacientes, restableciéndolo a la
configuración estándar para la protección de
datos de pacientes.
7. 4. 1 Encriptado de menús sensibles
mediante contraseña
Al seleccionar esta opción, se protegerán
determinados menús con una contraseña. La
contraseña por defecto es [90290245] y debe
modificarse obligatoriamente.
7. 4. 2 Sistema de acceso basado en
roles mediante cuentas de usuario
personalizadas
Al seleccionar esta opción se restringe el acceso
a las áreas sensibles de los menús y las funciones
del aparato únicamente a determinados usuarios.
El permiso para acceder a estos menús y funciones
está vinculado a los respectivos roles de las
cuentas de usuario.
Configuración del sistema de acceso basado
en roles
Si configura un sistema de acceso basado en roles,
primero deberá crear una cuenta de administrador.
Además, en el primer paso deberá establecer
reglas para contraseñas que se aplicarán al
resto de contraseñas. Después podrá, mediante
la contraseña por defecto, crear una nueva
contraseña y, a continuación, realizar el resto de los
ajustes.
NOTA: El rol "Administador" cuenta con

acceso completo a todas las funciones y a
la configuración del aparato.
