Gebrauch
5. 3. 1 Zweckbestimmung
Der TELE PACK + ist ein Kombinationsgerät
bestehend aus einer Lichtquelle zur Ausleuchtung,
Kamerakontrolleinheit zur Bildverarbeitung
und Dokumentation sowie einem Monitor zur
Visualisierung. Er ist geeignet für die endoskopische
Diagnostik, für chirurgische Eingriffe sowie für die
Stroboskopie.
5. 3. 2 Kontraindikationen
Kontraindikationen, die sich direkt auf das
Medizinprodukt beziehen, sind derzeit nicht
bekannt. Der verantwortliche Arzt muss
anhand des Allgemeinzustandes des Patienten
entscheiden, ob die vorgesehene Anwendung
erfolgen kann.
5. 3. 3 Patientenprofil
Die Anwendung des TELE PACK + ist nicht auf
ein gewisses Patientenprofil (Geschlecht, Alter,
Gewicht,...) beschränkt. Der Gesundheitszustand
des Patienten ist vom behandelnden Arzt zu
beurteilen und für geeignet zu erklären.

Intended use
5. 3. 1 Intended purpose
The TELE PACK + is a combination device
comprising a light source for illumination,
camera control unit (CCU) for image processing
and documentation as well as a monitor for
visualization. It is intended for endoscopic
diagnostic and surgical procedures as well as for
stroboscopy.
5. 3. 2 Contraindications
No contraindications relating directly to the
medical device are currently known. The
responsible physician must decide whether the
foreseen application is admissible based on the
general condition of the patient.
5. 3. 3 Patient profile
The use of the TELE PACK + is not limited to a
certain patient profile (sex, age, weight etc.). The
attending physician must assess a patient's health
and declare it adequate.

Uso correcto
5. 3. 1 Uso previsto
El TELE PACK + es un aparato compuesto por
una fuente de luz para la iluminación, una unidad
de control de la cámara para el procesamiento
de imágenes y la documentación, además
de un monitor para visualizar las imágenes.
Adecuado para el diagnóstico endoscópico y
para intervenciones quirúrgicas, así como para la
estroboscopia.
5. 3. 2 Contraindicaciones
No se conocen actualmente contraindicaciones
que se refieran directamente al producto médico.
El médico responsable ha de decidir, conforme
al estado general del paciente, si la aplicación
prevista puede llevarse a cabo.
5. 3. 3 Perfil del paciente
La aplicación del TELE PACK + no está limitada
a pacientes que presenten un perfil determinado
(sexo, edad, peso...). Es responsabilidad del
médico encargado del tratamiento evaluar el
estado de salud del paciente y declararlo como
adecuado.
