Sicherheitsmaßnahmen
am Aufstellort
Das Gerät darf nur in medizinisch genutzten
Räumen benutzt werden, deren elektrische
Anlagen nach den national gültigen Vorschriften
installiert sind.
Es ist nicht für den Betrieb in explosions gefähr
deten Bereichen bestimmt. Dies bedeutet u. a.:
• Bei Verwendung von leicht brennbaren und
explosionsfähigen InhalationsAnästhesiemitteln
und deren Gemischen darf das Gerät nicht in der
dargestellten Gefahrenzone betrieben werden.
• Dieses gilt auch für leicht brennbare
und explosionsfähige Chemikalien,
z. B. Hautdesinfektions und
Flächenschnelldesinfektionsmittel.
Das Gerät ist mit einer Steckvorrichtung für den
Potentialausgleich ausgerüstet. Diese nach Maßgabe
der national gültigen Vorschriften anschließen.

WARNUNG: Das Gerät sollte auf einer
ebenen Fläche, einem Videowagen oder
stationär aufgestellt werden. Blockieren
Sie keine Luftein- und -auslässe, da eine
Überhitzung zu Brandgefahr oder Geräte-
ausfall während des Betriebs führen kann.

WARNUNG: Achten Sie auf eine ausrei-
chende Luftzirkulation in der Geräteum-
gebung.

WARNUNG: Das Gerät ist nicht für den
Einsatz in explosionsgefährdeten Berei-
chen bestimmt. Betreiben Sie das Gerät
nicht innerhalb der dargestellten Gefahren-
zone, während explosionsfähige Narkose-
gase verwendet werden.

Der Anwender hat sich vor der Anwendung des
Gerätes von der Funktionssicherheit und dem
ordnungsgemäßen Zustand des Gerätes zu
überzeugen.

Safety precautions
at the site of installation
The device may only be used in medical rooms
whose electrical systems have been installed in
accordance with applicable national regulations.
It is not intended for use in potentially explosive
atmospheres. This means, among other things:
• Wherever easily combustible and explosive
inhalation anesthetics or mixtures thereof are
used, the device must not be operated in the
demarcated hazard zone.
• This also applies for easily combustible and
explosive chemicals, e.g., skin disinfectants and
fastacting surface disinfectants.
The device is equipped with a connector for potential
equalization. It should be connected in accordance
with the applicable national regulations.

WARNING: The device should be placed
on a flat surface, in a video cart or fixed
in place. Do not block air inlets/outlets as
overheating may result in fire hazard or
device failure during procedure.

Medidas de seguridad en el
lugar de emplazamiento
El equipo solo podrá ser utilizado en espacios médi
cos cuya instalación eléctrica haya sido efectuada de
acuerdo con las normas nacionales vigentes.
El sistema no está diseñado para ser utilizado en
zonas expuestas a posibles explosiones. Esto
significa, entre otras cosas:
• Si se emplean productos anestésicos para
inhalación fácilmente inflamables y explosivos o sus
mezclas, no podrá utilizarse el aparato en las zonas
calificadas como peligrosas por este motivo.
• Esto es válido también para productos químicos
fácilmente inflamables y explosivos tales como,
p. ej., productos para desinfección de la piel y
desinfectantes rápidos para superficies.
El aparato está provisto de un enchufe para conexión
equipotencial. La conexión ha de efectuarse de
acuerdo con las normativas nacionales vigentes.

CUIDADO: Coloque el aparato sobre
una superficie plana, en una unidad móvil
de vídeo o de forma fija. No bloquee las
entradas y salidas de aire, ya que un
sobrecalentamiento podría conllevar el
riesgo de incendio o fallo del aparato
durante el servicio.

CUIDADO: Preste atención a que exista
suficiente circulación de aire en el entorno
del aparato.

CUIDADO: El producto no está previsto
para ser utilizado en áreas expuestas a
posibles explosiones. No utilice el aparato
en las zonas señaladas como peligrosas
