Equipment, Mounting and Loading of a Tray
3.2.1 Equipping the Tray

If you have changed the mounting place (e. g. cooling
room <-> laboratory) please wait until the device has
warmed up to room temperature before you start it.
Otherwise the air humidity may condensate in the
device leading to functional disturbances.
Following the transport of a CERTOMAT® Tplus with
integrated cooling unit, the device may only be put into
operation after a waiting period of an hour.
This avoids danger to the cooling unit.

Connect the CERTOMAT® Tplus with the mains cable to
a suited socket.

By turning the mains switch (2) the electronics are
supplied with line voltage.
After switching on the control unit the integrated DCU
system initialises. This takes approx. 1-2 minutes. The
system is ready for operation when the "Main" menu
appears on the screen. The "Main" menu gives a
schematic overview of the system with symbols for
temperature, shaker speed, status of the illumination
and cooling, for example, as well as the measured value
displays associated with them.
The "Main" menu is the starting point for operation of
the CERTOMAT® Tplus.
