All main functions can be selected at any time while a process is running.
The title of the selected main function displayed in the working area also appears in the header.

Meaning, Use
Start screen with graphical overview of the controlled device:
− Display of the components of the current configuration
− Overview of the measured variables and process parameters
− Direct access to important menus for operating inputs
Operating and parameterization menus for controllers, e.g.:
− Temperature control, TEMP
− Speed control of the shaker (SHAKER)
Menu for dealing with the programs
− Input of programs (sequences) for the automatic operation of the CERTOMAT® Tplus
− Start and administration of programs
Basic system settings such as:
− Measuring ranges of process values
− Manual operation, e.g. for inputs and outputs, controllers, etc.
− External communication (e.g. with printers, external computers)
− Selection, changing configurations (password-protected, only by authorized service
personnel)
Operation with external computer systems (central computer)
− Pressing the main function key switches over to "Remote operation"; For notes about

Overview table of the alarms that occur:
− If alarms occur, the symbol changes colour and an acoustic signal sounds.
− Display red
: contains alarms which haven't been acknowledged
− Pressing the main function key opens an overview menu of all alarm messages.
