Example:
On Monday morning at 9:00 o'clock any cultures have
to be ready. The program (Step 1 ... Step 4) for the
production of these cultures needs altogether 36 h. So
the program must be started manually without use of
the "Pre-step" on Saturday evening at 7:00 o'clock.
The "Pre-step" makes it possible to choose any time for
the start and to keep the material cooled under the
desired conditions.
