"Remote Function"

The remote mode is activated or deactivated by
pressing the "Remote" key.

Functional Elements of the "Remote" Function

Key, Symbol
Meaning, Use
Remote mode is deactivated.
There is no communication
between the external control
unit and DCU4 control unit.
The remote control is
deactivated. The operator
cannot access the DCU4 control
unit from an external control
unit (e.g. MFCS/win).
Remote mode is activated.
Communication between the
external control unit and DCU4
control unit takes place. The
bidirectional control unit is
activated. Remote control of the
DCU4 control unit is enabled.

Main "Alarms" Function

If an alarm occurs, a message window appears on the
current display with details of the date, time and type
of error that occurred. The colour of the alarm bell in
the footer changes from "white" to "red".

Functional Elements of the Main "Alarms" Menu

Key, Symbol
Meaning, Use
No alarm occurred.
Any alarms that occurred have
been confirmed and/or deleted.
At least one alarm occurred.
Alarm has not yet been
confirmed.
By pressing the "Alarm" key the display in the main
window switches to the display of alarms. All alarms
that occurred during the running process are displayed
here
