CHEESEBURGER
Automatic program
6 beef burgers
 
6 rashers of smoked
     
streaky bacon, each
4 - 5 mm thick
6 slices of cheddar
     
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the rashers of
bacon on the grill and close
it. Press OK to start cooking.
Cook as shown on the
display, until they are
"crispy". Place the grilled
slices on a plate and keep
warm. Carefully wipe the
hot grill plates with a paper
towel.
Select the
program
and press OK. As soon as
preheating is complete, put
the minced steaks on the
grill and close it.
Once the burgers are cooked, place the burger bun halves
on the hot grill to heat them before garnishing and serving
them.
Vary the sauces as you wish and replace mustard and
mayonnaise with ketchup, barbecue sauce or even
guacamole.

6 burger buns

     
Cook as shown on the
display, until they are
cooked to your preference.
Quickly put a slice of cheese
on each hot steak so it
melts.
Mix the mustard and
mayonnaise and spread
on the halved burger buns,
add the toppings of your
choice (onion rings, salad,
tomato, pickles, etc.) and
put a burger on each one.
Add the grilled bacon slices,
close the burgers and serve
immediately.
THE CLASSIC HOMEMADE
4 00 g minced beef
   
7 5 g breadcrumbs (made
     
from dried bread)
7 5 ml milk
     
3 eggs
     
7 5 g grated cheese
     
3 garlic cloves
     
Mix the minced beef with
the breadcrumbs, milk,
eggs, grated cheese,
peeled and chopped garlic
cloves, herbes de Provence,
salt and pepper until well
blended. Then form four
burgers of the same size.
Oil them lightly and chill in
the refrigerator.
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the steaks on
the grill and close it.
Once the burgers are cooked, place the burger bun
halves on the hot grill to heat them before garnishing and
serving them.
Use your choice of grated cheese: emmental, parmesan,
mozzarella, etc.
