1 .5 kg potatoes (fluffy
   
variety such as Maris Piper
or King Edward)
1 onion
   
3 tablespoons plain flour
     
Turn on the grill. Lightly oil
the plates. Select the
program and press OK.
Peel and finely grate
the potatoes and onion,
squeeze hard between your
hands to remove their water.
Mix with the flour, eggs,
parsley, salt and pepper.
As soon as the preheating
is complete, put 6 large
spoonfuls of the mixture
onto the grill to form
6 patties 2 to 3 cm thick
and close it.
Serve the rosti as a side dish.
You can also serve them for brunch with cream mixed
with chopped herbs and smoked salmon, for example.

Automatic program
3 eggs
     
3 tablespoons of
     
chopped parsley
S alt & pepper
     
Cook the rostis according
to the instructions on the
screen. Do the same with
the rest of the mixture.
PARMESAN & HERB
1 .5 kg potatoes (fluffy
   
variety such as Maris Piper
or King Edward)
3 tablespoons of olive oil
     
7 5 g Parmesan
     
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
Wash the potatoes and cut
them into 1 cm slices. Mix
with the olive oil, herbes de
Provence, salt and pepper.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the potato
slices on the grill (you will
need to cook them a in
batches) and close it.
Cook the potatoes
according to the instructions
on the screen.
You can add garlic powder or replace the herbes de
Provence with paprika.

     
F reshly ground black
     
pepper
Transfer the potatoes to
a dish and sprinkle with
Parmesan shavings.
