WITH BARBECUE SAUCE
1 kg pork fillet
   
2 garlic cloves
   
1 onion
   
1 tablespoon oil
   
1 00 ml tomato ketchup
   
7 0 g sun-dried tomato
   
paste (see tip)
4 tablespoons
   
Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
   
Peel and thinly slice the
garlic cloves and onion.
Place them in a saucepan
with the olive oil and a pinch
of salt and cook over a low
heat for 10 minutes.
Add the ketchup, tomato
paste, Worcestershire
sauce, vinegar, honey,
mustard and spices, mix
and leave to simmer for
about 20 minutes.
Leave to cool.
Turn on the grill. Select
" setting and press OK.
For very tender meat and even better taste, marinate
the cubes of pork overnight in half of the barbecue
sauce before cooking the kebabs. Serve with the rest
of the sauce and sprinkle with freshly chopped onion.
Sun-dried tomato paste is usually found alongside to-
mato puree in supermarkets.

PORK KEBABS

2 tablespoons cider
   
vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
   
1 teaspoon ground paprika
   
1 teaspoon ground
   
coriander
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
   
1/2 teaspoon cracked
   
pepper
Cut the meat into 3 cm
cubes, remove any sinew
and thread onto 6 wooden
skewers. Brush the meat
with the barbecue sauce.
Once the pre-heating is
complete, place the kebabs
on the grill and lower the lid.
Cook according to the
instructions on the screen
until the kebabs are cooked.
Serve the kebabs with the
rest of the barbecue sauce.
CHINESE GLAZED PORK
6 slices of boneless
   
pork loin steaks
3 garlic cloves, minced
   
5 cm piece of fresh ginger,
   
peeled
Peel and crush the garlic
cloves, grate the ginger
and mix in a bowl with the
ketchup, soy sauce, vinegar
and honey.
Using a sharp knife, cut the
surface of the pork loin slices
in a criss-cross pattern,
then add them to the bowl
and coat with the mixture.
Marinate for 30 minutes.
Turn on the grill. Select
setting and press OK.
To save time, you can skip the marinade step and
prepare the sauce directly. Serve with rice and green
vegetables.

6 tablespoons tomato

ketchup
4 tablespoons rice vinegar
   
3 tablespoons runny honey
   
When the pre-heating is
complete, place the well
drained pork loin slices on
the grill and lower the lid.
Cook according to the
instructions on the screen
until the meat is cooked.
Meanwhile, pour the
marinade into a saucepan
and bring to a boil for 5 to
10 minutes, or until it forms a
syrupy sauce. Brush the pork
loin slices with the sauce just
before serving.
