STUFFED WITH FETA
6 00 g mini peppers
   
(multicoloured)
1 70 g feta
     
2 00 g of natural yoghurt
     
Turn on the grill. Lightly oil
the plates. Select the
program and press OK.
Cut the mini peppers in half
and remove the seeds.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the peppers
on the grill and close it.
Cook as shown on the
display, until they are "soft
grilled".
Remove the peppers from a
grill and leave them to cool
down.
You can serve these peppers as an aperitif or as a side
dish.
You can also add some chopped olives and a little lemon
zest to the feta cheese.

MINI PEPPERS
| Serves 6 |

Automatic program
2 fresh onions
     
6 sprigs of mint
     
1 teaspoon paprika
     
S alt & pepper
     
Crumble the feta, chop the
fresh onion and mint leaves.
Mix everything with the
yoghurt and paprika, and
season with salt and pepper.
Put a little of this mixture
in the hollow of each
halved-pepper and serve.
ITALIAN GRILLED
6 red peppers
   
6 0 g Parmesan shavings
     
3 0 g pine nuts
     
6 tablespoons
     
of olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons of
     
balsamic vinegar
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
Cut the peppers in half,
remove the seeds and
cut each half in three
lengthways. Mix with half
of the olive oil, garlic, basil,
anchovies and balsamic
vinegar. Season with salt
and pepper.
As soon as preheating is
finished, put the peppers
on the grill (you will have to
do this in two batches) and
close it.
You can serve peppers as a starter with bread or as a
side dish.

Automatic program
3 chopped garlic cloves
     
3 tablespoons of fresh
     
chopped basil
3 fillets of chopped
     
anchovies
s alt & freshly ground
     
black pepper
Cook as shown on the
display, until they are
"grilled".
Transfer peppers to a dish,
drizzle with the remaining oil
and let them cool.
Spread the pine nuts and
Parmesan shavings over the
peppers before serving.
