GRILLED KING PRAWNS
WITH GARLIC & PARSLEY
CITRUS BUTTER
1 8 unpeeled raw
   
king prawns
1 50 g butter
     
3 cloves of garlic
     
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the prawns on
the grill and close it.
Cook as shown on the
display, until they are
"medium well" cooked.
Meanwhile, melt the
butter over a low heat in a
saucepan.
Do not forget to serve with serviettes and finger bowls!
For a more chic version, set aside 4 grilled prawns, shell
and cut the others into sections. Mix with the sauce and
tagliatelle cooked al dente.
Serve with the reserved prawns.

3 tablespoons of chopped
     
flat-leaf parsley
1 lemon
     
S alt & pepper
     
Add the peeled and
chopped garlic cloves,
lemon juice, chopped
parsley, salt and pepper,
and allow to simmer while
the prawns are cooking.
Serve the prawns with the
butter sauce.
GRILLED AUBERGINES
3 large aubergines
   
3 00 g pesto
     
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
Wash the aubergines
without peeling them and
cut into slices 2 cm thick.
Spread the pesto on both
sides of each aubergine
slice.
Serve the grilled aubergine slices hot or cold, sprinkling
with a little extra pesto.
For an Italian salad, serve with slices of roasted pepper,
rocket and mozzarella, drizzled with a little olive oil and
balsamic vinegar.

As soon as preheating is
finished, put the aubergines
on the grill (you will have
to do this in two batches)
and close it. Cook as shown
on the display until the
aubergines are grilled.
