BEEF FILLETS MARINATED
IN ASIAN SAUCE
| Serves 6 |
6 beef fillets of equal
thickness
1 80 ml soy sauce
5 cm root ginger
6 cloves of garlic
1 1/2 teaspoons chilli
powder
Peel and grate the cloves
of garlic and ginger. Mix
with the chilli, honey, soy
sauce, sesame oil and
5 tablespoons of water.
Put the beef fillets in the
mixture, marinate in the
refrigerator for at least
30 minutes and ideally
for 4 hours.
Drain the meat, reserve
the marinade.
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the beef fillets
on the grill and close it.
You can use the hot marinade to season sautéed
vegetables: green beans, green asparagus, broccoli,
mushrooms, etc.
Serve with the meat and white rice.

sesame seeds
Cook as shown on the
display, until they are
cooked to your preference:
very rare (blue), rare,
medium or well-done.
Serve the beef fillets with
chopped fresh onion and
sesame seeds.
Heat the marinade in a pan
until piping hot and serve as
a sauce.
CHICKEN THIGHS MARINATED
IN YOGHURT & ROSEMARY
| Serves 6 |
6 skinless chicken legs
3 75 g natural yoghurt
4 tablespoons Dijon
mustard
3 tablespoons fresh
rosemary, finely chopped
Mix the yoghurt with
mustard, rosemary, garlic,
salt and pepper. Pour this
mixture over the chicken
legs and marinate them in
the refrigerator for at least
4 hours.
Drain the chicken, discard
the marinade.
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
Lightly oil the plates.
Serve the grilled chicken thighs with salad and sliced
grilled potatoes.
