1 tin of cooked kidney
   
beans (500 g drained
net weight)
1 big red onion
     
2 cloves of garlic
     
Finely chop the garlic clove
and peeled onion. Add the
nuts and kidney beans and
mix quickly, keeping a little
of the texture. Add the soy
sauce and breadcrumbs and
mix well.
Form 6 balls of equal size
and put them on a plate
in the freezer for at least
15 minutes.
Turn on the grill. Select
the
program, setting the
temperature to 250°C, and
press OK.
Vary the recipe by replacing the kidney beans with
cooked lentils, or add spices.
Serve your vegetarian steaks with vegetables, or in
hamburger buns with the filling and sauce of your choice.

1 00 g chopped nuts,
     
of your choice
6 0 g fresh breadcrumbs
     
(made from dried bread)
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
     
As soon as preheating is
complete, brush the balls
lightly with oil and place
on the grill and close it
carefully.
Cook the steaks according
to the instructions on the
screen.
1 2 rashers smoked back
   
or streaky bacon, each
4 - 5 mm thick
Turn on the grill. Select the
program and press OK.
Sprinkle the smoked bacon
slices with brown sugar on
both sides.
As soon as preheating is
complete, put the rashers of
bacon on the grill and close it.
Press OK to start cooking.
Cook as shown on the
display until "medium" for
bacon slices that are still
soft, or "crispy" for very
crispy bacon crisps.
For brunch, serve these slices of bacon with eggs and
slices of toasted bread.
You can also substitute the brown sugar with maple
syrup.
