First, remove the protective caps from the caster adapters (Fig. 46, item A). Next, loosen the two
cap screws (Fig. 46/47, item B) on the inside and then the cap screw on the outside (Fig. 47,
item C). Place the level from the tool pouch on the caster adapter (Fig. 47).
Using a large screwdriver, screw the eccentric disk so that the caster adapter moves into a ho-
rizontal position. When in this position, first tighten the cap screw (Fig. 47, item C) followed by
the cap screws (Fig. 46/47, item B).
Make sure to very firmly retighten all screws and nuts after making adjustments. The

torque for the cap screws (Fig. 46, item B) is 23 Nm. Tighten the Allen head screw on the ec-
centric to 8 Nm (Fig. 47, item C).

6.5 Adjusting the footplate angle (Fig. 48)
An angle-adjustable footplate is included as standard equipment.
Loosen the Allen screw on the rear suspension of the footplate with several turns of the wrench
(Fig. 48). Adjust the footplate to the desired position and firmly retighten the screw.
6.6 Adjusting the footrest (Fig. 49)
6.6.1 Adjusting the footrest height (Fig. 49)
By loosening the screw (Fig. 49, item A), the footplate can be adapted to your lower leg length
and to the thickness of your seat cushion.
When making the adjustment, ensure that the footrest bar (Figure 49, item B) slides at least
40 mm into the swivel segment (Figure 49, item C).
Make sure to firmly retighten all screws and nuts after making adjustments. The torque
