Attaching / detaching the VS-Slide

Attach and detach the table while it is in the tilted position, which makes it easier to clean. Attaching and
detaching the Slide is described in chapter 4.1 .
4.3.4 Metzgerschnitteinsatz für VS-Schlitten
The butcher's cutting insert is especially suited for cutting salami and sausages at 7 deg. C and up to a
diameter of 90 mm. The slices are cut ovally.
CAUTION!
If the VS carriage with the butcher's cutting insert is not placed in an inclined position,
it may happen that due to this misapplication the user brings his or her hands into the
danger area of the knife when holding the product.
