Disassembly for cleaning

7.2.1 Detaching the table
• Close the stop plate completely
• Pull the table all the way back.
• Unscrew the knob on the base of the table.
• Lift the table out of the base with both hands,
taking care not to let it jam.
Important!
The slide can only be removed, if the cutting thickness adjustment is turned
clockwise up to the stop.
7.2.2

Removing the blade covering plate

• Wear cut-resistant protection gloves.
• Loosen the knurled screw on the engine body.
• Push the blade cover plate gently against the blade.
• Take off the blade cover plate by holding it in both hands
by the top and bottom and lifting it away from the blade.
7.2.3

Removing the blade scraper

• Pull the blade scraper upwards (Swallow-tail guide)
7.2.4

Remove top plate

• Swivel last slice device up
• Loose black knurled screw (1) .
• Pull plate upwards and swivel the lower holding bolt from the
slot hole
7.2.5 Remove product strip
• Swivel last slice device upwards.
