Cleaning

Turn off the machine and plug out the power cable.
The machine has to be cleaned thoroughly at least once a day.

Remove the mains plug. Always wear protective gloves with writ protection for
cleaning the blade.
Important!
Please observe the sequence given for cleaning. Do not use any scouring agents to
clean the machine. These scratch the metal surface and thus have a negative effect
on hygiene. Never use a steam or high pressure cleaner to clean the machine !
In case of non-observation of the above points our warranty will become ineffec-
tive.
7.1.0 Recommended cleaning instructions
The surfaces of the CERA3- coating can easily be cleaned due to the antihadhesive properties. It is

parts with clear water (drinking water) thoroughly. Position all parts so that they can properly dry. The

The cleaning agents are very aggressive and are not removed residue-free. The guidings and bearing
are degreased by the aggressive cleaning process. Residues of cleaning agents deposit in the bearings
or other moving systems and make them stiff. Slight damages of CERA3 –coating provide points to

You can clean removable parts easily in the washbasin with a dishwashing brush.
