• Bring the carriage into an inclined position.
• For this purpose, press down the black lever on the right-hand side of the machine.
• Fold the holder for remainders up.

The HS-Slide is especially appropriate for cutting small salami and sausages at 7°C.

Adjustment of HS-Slide

• Disengage the star handle (1) .
• Adjust the slide to required angle.
