Function of the Scale

Before turning on the scale the tablet must be placed into the intended mounting. The tablet should be
clean and unloaded, that means free from product rests, foils, paper, etc. Turn the scale on by means
of the on/off button. After check routine process the display switches to zero. The scale is ready for
weighing. Now turn on the blade drive by means of the start button. Place the product to be cut. The
gross weight appears in the display.
Note: The scale should remain turned on during operation time of the machine, so
that the check routine must not be run for every new cutting cycle.

If zero is not displayed with unloaded scale, press the tare control.
Taring and Adding
Place the receptacle onto the tablet. Press the tare control. Display „0" appears.
Place the product to be cut.
Adding
Press tare control again. Wait for display „0". Add next product and repeat up to maximum load capacity.

If scale is loaded press the tare control button. Display „0" appears. Remove product.
Overall weight appears with negative algebraic sign
Turn off
At „0"- display press on/off button.

By operation of the kg/lb-button you can switch from weight unit kilogram to the American respectively
British pound / oz.

User calibration

Turn scale on by means of On/Off button. press the kg/lb button for 3 seconds until „CAL" appears in the

weight. After standstill „DONE" appears and then the weight is displayed.
The scale is ready for weighing now.
Note: The user calibration must only be effected with examination and calibration
weights. It should be effected once a year.
