Cutting end pieces

• Press the green On button. The machine is running.
• Adjust cutting thickness by means of the corresponding regulator.
• For cutting push the slide back and forth and press the remaining product against the stop plate by
means of the last slice device.
5.4

Switching the machine off

• Press the red off button.
• Turn the cutting thickness regulator clockwise up to the stop beyond -0-. Thus the cutting edge of the
blade is covered.

6.1

Attaching tablet

1. Set the turning knob to „0", in order that the stop is
completely closed!
2. Catch the tablet by both hands in order to attach it to or detach
it from the holder
.
Important! The stop must be closed!

Place the tablet support onto the bolt of the holder and lock it with slight pressure into the anti-rotation
protection.
