Cleaning the machine

Clean removable and non removable parts according to chapter 7
Caution! Danger of injury ! Wear protective gloves !
Important! Do not place the parts on top of each other. Risk of damage.
7.2.7

Clean blade and blade ring

WARNING!
Sharp blade! Clean only if the slide is removed and
the stop plate is closed.
• Push wet cleaning cloth between
blade and blade ring.
• Pull the cleaning cloth manually once or twice
along the blade protection ring.
• Press wet cloth onto the blade surface and wipe slowly
from the centre to outward.
• Clean the back of the blade in the same way.
• Dry blade with a dry cloth
in the same way.
7.3.0 Clean Basis Slide
• Remove slide for cleaning.
• Put the slide on one side.
• Clean slide upper surface roughly from product remainders.
• Wipe the slide with a wet cloth.
• Remove top plate.
7.3.1 Cleaning HS -slide
Disassemble last slice device:
• Pull the locking bolt (1) and retain it.
• Pull the last slice device out. (2)
CAUTION!
Risk of injury in the area of last slice device by spikes
or falling down of the device.
