Double Slide / DS-Slide

of the table itself and an additional support with a spiked plate which can be moved along the axis of the
blade with the last slice clamp arm. The additional support can be easily removed to slice other products
and for cleaning.
4.6.1 Attaching / Detaching the interior tub of the DS-Slide
The additional support of the double slide can be removed as follows:
• Lift up the last slice clamp arm.
• Hold the support with both hands by the raised edges and carefully lift it out.
To put on the support, the procedure is reversed:
• Lift up the last slice clamp arm in necessary.
• Place the support onto the slide, so that the top plate is situated on the blade side and press the angled
edge over the plastic sleeve on the last slice rod.
Attaching and detaching of the actual slide is described in chapter 4.1.
