Zoning Function
• For interpreting applications or a separate sound reinforcement of hall and panel we recommend the Zoning function.
• With this function certain microphone units can be sent to a certain output of the optional CA 2451 PCB.

• This operating mode is only possible in conjunction with a PC using the
MCW-D Controller software or media control system (AMX/Panja
etc.) or a chairman microphone unit with display.
• The request-to-talk is registered in the system by pressing the microphone
button (8) of the microphone unit.
• The allocation is made by the operator at the PC or touchscreen of the media
control system.
• The LED (7) is illuminated red to indicate the request-to-talk.
• If you press the microphone button again the request-to-talk is cleared. The
LED (7) goes out.
• With the MCW-D 200 Editor Software all or individual participants can
receive messages.
• After having sent the message, it is shown on the display (11) of the
MCW-D 2071/2073 microphone units or the MCW-D 2673 with the
CA 2473-2 operating unit.
