System Description

The Midas Rex ™ Electric Bone Mill is composed of a non sterile
console and base with sterile single use disposable components.
The sterile single use disposable components consist of one
bowl, one cap, and one spatula. A Midas Rex ™ Electric Bone Mill
Console provides the power to drive the base and disposable
components.

Indications

The Midas Rex ™ Electric Bone Mill is intended to mill bone,
producing bone particles 1 to 5 mm in size.

Contraindications

There are no known contraindications.

Setup and Operation

Base with bowl and cap.

1. Power Switch (lighted indicator = On / O = Off).
2. Bone mill base to console control cable.
3. LED (illumination indicates "mill present").

Operative Procedure

1. Connect the base cable to console.
Correct
Press bowl "firmly" onto Midas Rex ™ Electric Bone Mill

Base until an audible click (lock) is heard. "Observe" that
both of the "Release Buttons" are fully out.
NOTE
BM200 bowl and cap are not compatible with this unit.
3. Lay harvested bone specimens into bowl.
