Im Geltungsbereich der MedGV bedarf die
Kombination INFUSOMAT®sécura mit zu-
sätzlichen Apparaten über die Schnittstel-
le der behórdlichen Zustimmung. Eine
Ausnahmegenehmigung nach $ 8 Ab-
satz 1, MedGV ist vom Betreiber der Kom-
bination zu beantragen. Fordern Sie bitte
besondere Unterlagen an.
Werden von nicht befugten Personen Re-
paraturen oder sonstige Manipulationen
am INFUSOMATSSECUrA durchgeführt,
kann der Hersteller fur die Sicherheit,
Zuverlassigkeit und Leistung des Gerates
keine Verantwortung übernehmen.
Hinweis nach MedGV
Der INFUSOMATSSecura darf nur mit Zu-
behór, VerschleiBteilen und Einmalartikeln
betrieben werden, deren sicherheitstech-
nisch unbedenkliche Verwendungsfáhig-
keit durch eine fůr die Průfung des ver-
wendungsfertigen Apparates zugelasse-
nen Prúfstelle nachgewiesen ist.
