Einstellung des Haltebúgels
Adjustment of the safety catch
Selbstsichernde Muttern
Self locking nuts (1)
ca. 0,4 Nm
Pumpenklappe schiieBen, Muttern (1) mit Drehmomentschiüssel bis ca 0,4 Nm
anziehen, Pumpenklappe muB spielfrei anliegen. Gleitfläche des VerschiuBgriffes
leicht einfetten und Leichtgängigkeit prüfen.
Gegendruckmessung und Luft-Abgleichprúfung je nach Gerátetyp vornehmen.
Loosen nuts (1) (approx. 2 turns), close pump door, fasten nuts A with torque wrench to ap-
prox. 0,4 Nm. The pump door must be flush, without play. Grease slide faces lightly and check
their easy movement.
Take counterpressure measurement and carry out air compensation test according to type of unit.

Abstandshalter Schrauben herausdrehen. Stecker
ST2 und abziehen. Nach Aus-
tausch der Leiterplatte, ST2 und ST3
wieder aufstecken. Auf richtige Lage
der Isolierplatte und Flachbandkabel
achten, damit es nicht zu Kurzschlús-
sen auf der Analogplatine kommt.
Achtung! Bei Kunststoff-Abstandshal-
tern Befestigungsschrauben nicht zu
festanziehen.
Remove screws ( A ) . Disconnect plug ST2 and
ST3. After exchanging the circuit board recon-
nect plugs ST2 and ST3. The insulating paper
and flat cables must be properly placed to
prevent a short circuit with the analog circuit
board.
Attention! Do not tighten screws too tight, if
plastic spacer holders are used.
