High-pressure hose.
Use original high-pressure hoses only.
Prevent contact with chemicals.
Check high-pressure hose daily.
Do not use kinked hoses.
Do not use high-pressure hose if the outer wire layer
is visible.
Do not use high-pressure hose with damaged thread.
The high-pressure hose enclosed with this unit must
not be used with other units.
Lay high-pressure hose in such a way that it cannot
be run over.
Do not use a hose which has been run over, kinked
or struck even if there is no visible damage.
High-pressure hoses age. Replace high-pressure
hose after 3 years irrespective of its condition.
Store high-pressure hose in such a way that it is not
subject to mechanical loads.
Operation
Check the unit (see "Care and maintenance"/
"Each time before operating the unit")
Release the Emergency STOP pushbutton by
rotating it.
Set the nozzle rotation switch to "1".
Warning!
Nozzle rotation cannot be switched over unless
the handgun is attached.
Set the unit switch to "1".
The following displays are indicated in succession.
– HD 2/150 (unit designation).
– V X.X (program version of controller).
– xxx h (operating hours counter).
– 0000 bar
(operating pressure, stand-by).
Press safety switch and retract the handgun lever.
Check the rotational direction of the precompression
pump – arrow on the housing. If the rotational
direction is incorrect, press the phase inverter into the
mains plug using a screwdriver and turn by 180 °.
Carry out cleaning work.

Interrupting the operation
Release lever, the unit switches off. Retract lever
again and the unit switches on again.

Switching off the unit
Switching the unit off
Set unit switch to "0" and pull out power plug.
Close the water inlet and remove the water inlet
hose.
Warning!
The water supply is under pressure.
Press safety switch to secure lever against being
activated unintentionally.
Transporting the cleaner
To transport the unit, release the parking brake and
push the unit in front of you with the handle.
Storing the cleaner
Unscrew the high-pressure hose from the pump and
handgun. Protect the threads with caps.
Wind up the high-pressure hose up and place over
the handle.
Hang the handgun from the brackets.
Coil the connecting cable round the cable rest.
Frost protection

Frost destroys the unit if it is not completely
drained of water!
Store the unit in a frost-free place.

If frost-free storage is not possible, shutdown the
unit.
In case of lengthy breaks periods between operation of
if frost-free storage is not possible:
Drain out the water and flush the unit with anti-freeze.
Fill proprietary anti-freeze into the float tank.
Switch on the unit, until the unit is completely flushed
through.
Observe the anti-freeze manufacturer's instruction
for use.
