Evaporating and receiving flasks
Assembling and removing the evaporating flask
Warning:
Risk of injury!
If the device is switched on during assembly of the evaporating flask,
it is possible for the device to start the rotation due to unintentionally
touching of the control panel and this could result in injuries.
Only assemble and remove the evaporating flask when the device is
switched off.
Warning:
Risk of glass breakage!
If one of the flasks is damaged, glass may break, and you may be
seriously injured.
Only work with flawless glass. Inspect the glass regularly for damage.
Assembling the evaporating flask
➜ Loosen the coupling of the Easy-Clip
and open the swivelling locking part of
the Easy-Clip.
➜ Now guide the evaporating flask over
the ground-joint of the vapor tube.
➜ Close the Easy-Clip by sliding the
swivelling part of the Easy-Clip over
the flange at the evaporating flask so
that the Easy-Clip engages.
✓ The evaporating flask now hangs
securely in the Easy-Clip lock.
➜ Tighten the Easy Clip on the vapor
tube.
Removing the evaporating flask
To remove the evaporating flask:

Heating must be switched off
▪
Rotation must be switched off
▪
The system must be ventilated, and ambient pressure must be established
▪
The lift with the evaporating flask must be in highest position
(see chapter "Start-Up", section "Heating bath and flask lift")
▪
The device must be switched off
