Check all electrical lines for damage (especially the transformer) Replace
any damaged parts
Review of the concentration, see chapter
See chapter
Unscrew the flow monitor from the screw connection. If disinfectant leaks
out, replace the ⇒flow monitor.
Look for any leakage of concentrate on the piston rod with the device
switched on. If product leaks out, ⇒replace the O-rings on the
piston/piston rod and replace the metering pump if necessary.
Clean the jet regulator and replace it if necessary
Replace the rubber diaphragms and, if necessary, the pipe interrupter
Dismantle the swivel spout. Press down the pipe cladding firmly using the
fingers following the first 90
impression, there is wear on the material.⇒ Replace the swivel spout.
See chapter
System for the Suction Lance"
Immerse beaker with disinfectant to below the electrodes of the suction
lance. If the metering pump sucks in air, the hosing in the suction lance is
defective.⇒Replace the suction lance/hosing.
Remove the solenoid valve and clean the mesh filter.
Replace it if necessary.
Unscrew the locking screw and clean the filter insert.

Take note of the direction in which the EPROM is inserted ("nose")! Insert the EPROM
onto the board. Make sure that the notches on the EPROM is on the left (as shown in

Maintenance interval
Once every 1-3 years (depending on the degree of
dirt and on the quality of water)
Once every 5-10 years (depending on the quality of
water) or immediately in the case of microbial
contamination by the drinking water
The complete configuration with the
calibration data is saved in EPROM U2 of
the display board.
When the display board is replaced, the
EPROM can be replaced individually.
Consequently, there is no need to repeat
the parameter assignment process.
Except in cases where the EPROM is
responsible for the failure of the board.
